Provisions in these kindergartens are divided into two stages - lower kindergarten (LKG) and upper kindergarten (UKG). Typically, an LKG class would comprise children 3 to 4 years of age, and the UKG class would comprise children 4 to 5 years of age. After finishing upper kindergarten, a child enters Class 1 (or, Standard 1) of primary school. Often kindergarten is an integral part of regular schools, though there is a marked trend towards exclusive prep schools. The gala dinner event was arranged to honor the Sheriff of Los Angeles County, Honorable Sheriff Leroy D. Dave Katragadda was born in Chiluvuru Village in Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Mr. Katragadda Venkata Subbaiah garu father of Mr. Dave Katragadda rendered many useful services to his village. He started a Higher Elementary School and also laid a bridge over the canal on the west side to the fields. Dave Katragadda also built a bridge over the canal, which provided an easy way to the railway station and to the fields on the east.

The cornerstone of our management strategy is a firm belief, given the necessary resources that we can and have been successful in the management of the residential buildings that we have been chosen to manage. We also believe that: 1) you must choose a skilled, experienced staff to do the job (there is no substitute for talent); 2) that the keys to success are continuous communication, constant follow-up and persistent follow-through and; 3) you can take nothing for granted.
And as to the Katragadda foundation to reach these goals, all of Katragadda records were consulted and analyzed. Next, structured interviews were conducted with all the technical and administrative departments of the organization. A formal evaluation was organized in each of the home communities of the 11 local organizations that ran the projects. Results of the prior external evaluations of four other projects.
Next, the assembled results of these 15 projects were compared and crosschecked the Haiti staff based on the records of the 86 other projects previously evaluated internally by Katragadda and the implementing (or "partner") community organizations. Therefore, this evaluation covers all 101 projects financed by the Katragadda Foundation Fund during its 10 years of operations. EVALUATION RESULTS The main findings of this evaluation can be classified into the following basic categories:
• The adequacy of Katragadda’s mission vis-à-vis its approach and the functioning of its technical and administrative structures
• The supported projects and their impact.
• The institutional analysis of the groups and the projects' impacts on these organizations.
• General recommendations that can provide both the orientation and the prospects for the next decade.
